Job Title: Office and Building Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time - non-exempt Reports to: Program Director
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays

Rate of Pay: $25.50-26.50/hr

Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:

Function: This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position, 40 hours a week with vacation and sick time, as well as medical, dental, and optional insurance coverages. Lambuth Family Center is a 24/7 90-day emergency shelter site that works with families through a trauma informed lens and with a Housing First approach. We are seeking a candidate who will help support the day-to-day operations. The duties of this role include data entry, managing the phone, processing invoices and receipts, tasks related to building maintenance, and working with outside vendors. This role works closely with the Program Supervisor, Janitor, Case Management team and Program Assistants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support around hiring of staff through HR related paperwork.
Orders food, office and program supplies, while keeping within the program budget.
Ensures the safety and cleanliness of Lambuth Family Center including outside grounds.
Maintains records of all transactions, receipts, and invoices.
Ensures safety of families and staff on-site and reports incidences in a timely manner.
Inspects and maintains program vehicles and coordinates repairs.
Manage the kitchen programming, ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, and complies with safety regulations.
Provides support to Program Supervisor and Case Management within a team approach
Performs other duties as required.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
Minimum of five years’ work experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Timely and accurate verification and processing of files/data
Competent in providing positive, strength-based, solution focused approach

Continued employment will be contingent on a biennial (every 2 years) background check that is processed in accordance with The Salvation Army’s policies.

Must be minimally 21 years of age and possessing a valid in-state Driver's License
