Make your mark. As part of Marketing's Creative services team, the multimedia strategist will focus on creating multimedia animations and motion graphics across the firm's various tactics and channels. The position is highly collaborative and will also support a range of video and creativeprojects across our Marketing Studio.

Your role. Your work will include, but not be limited to: Produce strategically targeted and integrated multimedia deliverables Understand and leverage project/campaign objectives and target audiences to develop multimedia content experiences that attract, engage, and convert Work with marketing teams to translate content into multimedia experiences that support proposals, campaigns, events, etc., and be able to share development strategy and rationale during approval process Conceptualize, pitch, and execute compelling and strategically crafted multimedia content including recognizing opportunities to leverage multimedia content where such an approach may not currently exist Ability to guide the creative process through pre-production, production, and post-production and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project/campaign, from framing a challenge, to research and insights, to concept and implementation. Serve as a multimedia and design expert during strategic discussions with firm leaders and marketing colleagues, helping determine the most impactful and effective approach to delivering content for the target audience. Keep abreast of industry best-practices, innovations, and technologies, including AI, and use this knowledge to plan the best methods of multimedia development, distribution and promotion Ensure all projects are proofread and edited, meet brand standards, and are completed within stated time and cost estimates The qualifications. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in animation & motion graphics, digital media design, film or creative arts or equivalent experience 3+ years of multimedia experience is required. Graphic design experience is a plus Experience creating video for social media and web Experience executing projects both independently and in a highly collaborative team environment where multiple team members may contribute to a project Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Media Encoder Strong visual storytelling skills through animation, motion graphics, video editing, and interactive content development Ability to leverage storyboarding to communicate and establish structure and plan video and animation projects Ability to leverage wireframes and mock-ups to get buy-in on ideas, communicate structure, and plan multi-media content Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and ability to function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Experience with camera/audio hardware, DSLRs, lighting a plus Experience with UX/UI design and creating interactive content a plus This position may require some local and national travel.
