Aerotek Hvac Technician in Denver, Colorado

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our expanding commercial maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role requires a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively. In addition to HVAC duties, the technician will also provide support to other divisions, including concrete restoration, general labor, and landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.

  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the status of their HVAC systems and any necessary repairs or maintenance.

  • Collaborate with other team members to support concrete restoration, labor work, and landscaping tasks as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with EPA regulations and company policies.

  • Be flexible and willing to assist in various tasks across different divisions as required.

Hard Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC technician.

  • EPA Universal certification is required.

  • Proven experience servicing residential or commercial HVAC units.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Work Site:

  • This is a fully on-site position based in Denver, Colorado.

Work Environment:

  • Work within a small to mid-sized team dedicated to servicing commercial clients.

  • Collaborative and supportive team culture with opportunities for cross-training in other maintenance and restoration areas.

  • Flexibility to assist in various tasks across different divisions as needed.
