Robert Half Front Desk Administrator in Denver, Colorado

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an Administrative Assistant in the architecture industry, based out of Denver, Colorado. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing front desk operations, coordinating office activities, and providing minor administrative project assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment at the front desk.

• Handle multiple modes of communication including phone calls, emails, and scheduling of meetings.

• Oversee the coordination of daily office activities for a large team.

• Prepare for meetings: schedule, set up conference rooms, and order necessary catering.

• Maintain updated employee documentation including phone lists, seating charts, and business cards.

• Support Accounting, Human Resources, and other Administrators with their administrative tasks.

• Assist in minor engineering and architecture project work.

• Manage data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in records.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook effectively for various administrative tasks.

• Perform receptionist duties, handling switchboard operations for 1-10 lines.

Please note that this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Applicants should possess skills in conference room setup and cleanup, email correspondence, architecture design, meeting scheduling, Microsoft Excel, receptionist duties, and data entry. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel

• Possess skills in Conference Room Setup & Cleanup

• Able to handle Switchboard - Phones 1 - 10 Lines

• Skilled in Email Correspondence

• Knowledge in Architecture Design is required

• Capable of managing Meeting Schedules

• Experience with Receptionist Duties

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently

• Previous experience in an administrative role within the Architecture industry is preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team

• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
