Job Title & ID: Documentation Specialist Job ID: 642 Location: Denver, CO 80202 (This is 100% onsite in downtown Denver.) Duration: 1 Year Pay Rate: $20-$24.50/hr

Our headquarter office in Denver is moving next summer to a new location. We have a lot of hard copy documentation that needs to be filed and/or scanned and filed electronically before the move because the new building is not going to have adequate space for storage. The expectation is that this resource will be in the office 5 days per week, performing a lot of scanning. Resources are also responsible for moving hard copies to shredding bin once electronic file has been completed.

Resource will be responsible for going into the documents library to pull documents to scan. They will be looking documents up in database to see if it already exists. If it already exists, they will review the document for quality to ensure that all content is there, it is legible on scan, etc. If the file does not exist in the database, resource will start scanning the new file. They will again review the scanned file for accuracy.

The scanning resource will be working within a team of 4 other Project Coordinators who can assist with answering questions/assist with scanning. Attention to detail is key in this role; quality over quantity. This resource must have a meticulous mindset. There is a physical aspect to this role as the resource will be up/away from their desk, standing at scanner, moving drawings around, walking, carrying -Dress code - Jeans and plain cotton shirt or polo, business casual. Sneakers are permitted.

Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook. Must also have experience with Adobe/PDF. Resource should have at least 1 year of experience in a professional/administrative environment. Should have experience with scanning/PDF, physical and online document libraries. Resource should have a meticulous mindset as they will be required to perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy. Should have some previous experience with document review.
