Health Center At Franklin Park Director Of Nursing (DON) (RN) in Denver, Colorado

As our Director of Nursing (ADON) (RN) at Health Center at Franklin Park, you will oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. Part of your duties will also include the recruitment, development and management of nursing employees who report to you - this is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate and grow a team of dedicated staff members. Lastly, you'll encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, through Community programs and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ABHM mission and core values.

Pay from $96,000-$110,000 based on experience This is a salaried, exempt position

What You Need: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing Current, unencumbered Colorado or compact state RN license Minimum of five (5) years of clinical and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, to include geriatric setting experience. Demonstrated competencies in health care management and operations, quality management, staff development, and resident and family support systems Who We Are: Health Center at Franklin Park has been proudly serving central Denver's residents in the City Park West neighborhood of Downtown Denver for more than 90 years.
