ManTech DevOps Integrations Engineer, Senior Principal in Denver, Colorado

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented DevOps Developer/ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in the Colorado and/or Chantilly VA areas.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Write production backend applications

  • Ship and run services in cloud environments, with a focus on AWS

  • Follow best practices for securing cloud services

  • Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems

  • Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements

  • Performs operational support of custom development and 3rd party integrations

  • Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects

  • Assists with technical design and documentation

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions that support business requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

  • Experience in any of the responsibilities listed above

  • 10+ years of software development experience

  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)

  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and its fundamentals

  • Possess a current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g. Security+ CE)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group setting

  • Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

The projected compensation range for this position is $141,100-$234,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
