LOCATION: Hybrid - 8 days in the office per month. Office locations include Indianapolis IN, Denver CO, Philadelphia PA, Madison WI, Waltham MA, New York City NY, Chicago IL, Riverwoods IL, Hagerstown MD
OVERVIEW
You will play an important role in the creation and maintenance of both domestic and international drug file and core concept data embedded content and is a necessary component in the strategy for expansion into international markets. You will report to the Manager, Content Editing.
RESPONSIBILITITES
Participates in the development/maintenance/QA of detailed and specialized embedded drug file content to support proprietary international and domestic databases.
Uses multiple data sources and clinical and technical expertise to create relevant, clinically meaningful data used in prescribing, dispensing, administration, and claims adjudication.
Creates and revises high quality embedded drug information consistent with the format and structure of the databases.
Anticipates problems or issues and identifies creative ways to solve problems or mitigate risks.
Achieves productivity metrics.
Shares information and expertise with colleagues at all levels.
Participates in the process of new product development, product design, and Content Management System (CMS) tool enhancements.
Provides customer and client support.
Responds to queries regarding content.
Works with other departments and authors to improve data/products and their appeal to selected segments of the market.
Understands unique policies that apply to all content sets.
Possesses a solid understanding of data use by customers.
Assists in creation of policies for content.
Uses technical skills to promote innovation, efficiency, and quality data.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field; or equivalent experience (2+ years of experience with drug data in place of a degree)
Experience
2+ years’ experience with drug data, Electronic Medical Records (EMR); or 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or other health related profession.
Experience with leadership
Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
TRAVEL: Minimal travel required. Less than 5% of time.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $55,500-$76,700
