See Yourself as a Client Relations Manager The Manager, Client Relations is responsible in ensuring consistent delivery of a best-in-class client experience through daily energetic and creative engagement with fulfillment functions and Lenders to meet all SLAs. Serves as the central point of contact for clients and will take point in providing Client support regarding products, programs, and services as well as all, status questions, and loan level problem solving. Client Relations Manager will take lead in delivering feedback to both internal and external customers on loan quality and operational concerns. Client Relations Manager will work to educate correspondent lenders on RMC's programs, policies and procedures ensuring lenders are operating in compliance with RMC guidelines. CRM will ensure that clients are trained to utilize the company's loan review platform in the most effective manner and be the subject matter expert for lenders to ensure that the company's tools and resources are used to improve overall performance.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively manages loan acquisition pipeline from loan submission through purchase to ensure SLAs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Communicates regularly with Sellers regarding statuses of loan files in process.

Responsible for moving a Seller's loan pipeline forward and will work through escalated document reviews to assist in moving loans for decisioning.

Conduct defect trending review of active and purchased pipeline to identify appropriate client follow-ups and lead client overview relationship calls.

Assist in leading Client onboarding and Counterparty Review requirements.

Support new hires and Client Support Specialists with training and escalated client support scenarios.

Support Underwriting technology initiatives and provide ongoing systemic recommendations to streamline review process.

Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge:

Intermediate knowledge experience with property and credit Underwriting Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, Non-Agency Jumbo.

Superior analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently, analyze credit data, and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision.

Correspondent Mortgage Operations knowledge.

Knowledgeable in full review cycle process for correspondent loan reviews.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to evaluate mortgage loan applications to determine eligibility, acceptability, and compliance with applicable state, federal and investor guidelines.

Efficient in time-management and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.

Technology savvy and comfortable learning new systems and programs.

Proficiency in identifying key loan factors impacting borrower eligibility, property eligibility and credit qualification for complex or atypical financial profiles, collateral, and loan structures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem solving and analytic skills.

Ability to work with data, spot trends and draw conclusions.

Proven ability to mot vate, develop, coach and mentor staff at all levels.
