Hiring Bridge Foreman for leading civil construction company!

Pay: $35/hour

Location: Would start out in Brighton, CO and then move to a project in Las Animas, CO w/ housing + per diem

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bridge Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the construction and maintenance of bridge projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bridge construction workers.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies..

• Schedule and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Inspect work progress and provide guidance to ensure quality standards are met.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in civil construction

• Proven experience as a civil or Bridge Foreman.

• Extensive knowledge of bridge construction techniques and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
