Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 3:45 PM-2:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.50 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

You Will:

· Scale ingredients for all doughs and batter per specifications

· Record and log all production data correctly

· Report all food safety or product concerns immediately and participate in all efforts to create quality bakery items

· Operate all equipment safely

· Follows food safety requirements and thinks whole perspective
