Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an AV Specialist in Denver, Colorado, United States. As an AV Specialist, you will be tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems in a corporate setting. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and presentation capabilities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enterprise-class audiovisual communication systems according to business needs.

• Set up, configure and ensure the correct functioning of audiovisual equipment such as projectors, screens, microphones, sound systems, and video conferencing systems.

• Handle routine maintenance and inspections of AV equipment to ensure reliability and optimal performance.

• Swiftly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues including audio and video problems, connectivity issues, and equipment malfunctions.

• Assist in the setup and coordination of video conferencing sessions, webinars, and virtual meetings.

• Manage audiovisual aspects of significant meetings such as board meetings, town halls, and executive presentations.

• Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules.

• Develop documentation and user guides for standard AV setups and configurations.

• Ensure that all AV systems and content comply with corporate security policies and guidelines.

• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Requirements • Proficiency in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco Routers, and Cisco Technologies is required.

• Experience with AB Testing, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Datacenter, and Deployments is necessary.

• Familiarity with Audio Conferencing, Audio Equipment, and Video Audio is essential.

• Must possess the ability to manage and operate AV (Audio/Video) equipment.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to AV systems.

• Demonstrated experience in setting up and configuring AV equipment such as microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, according to event schedules.

• Relevant certification or training in AV technology is preferred.
