Family Law Attorney

Robert Half is partnered with an award-winning general practice firm in the search of a 3 plus years’ Family Law Attorney to join their busy practice in their Denver Tech Center office. Candidates interested in this position should have a strong attention to detail; should be an aggressive, compassionate, tireless client advocate; should be well organized; should have exceptional research and writing skills; should be a self-starter who requires little to no supervision. Experience handling the following types of Family Law matters would be highly preferred; Divorce, Marital Agreements, Child Support & custody, Alimony, Adoption, Grandparents Rights, and Restraining Orders. Requirements • Must hold a degree in law from an accredited institution

• Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Minimum of three years of experience as an attorney or lawyer

• Proficiency in using 3M and case management software

• Experience with legal software and LexisNexis

• Familiarity with management systems

• Strong ability to prepare briefs and manage civil litigation cases

• Experience in claim administration and complaint handling

• Excellent documentation skills

• Previous experience as a litigation attorney is required

• Knowledge of billing software for attorneys

• Specialization in family law will be an advantage

• Ability to draft and prepare affidavits

• Familiarity with domestic relations law and civil litigation experience

• Must be able to work in a team and independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Must demonstrate professional ethics and demeanor.
