Actalent Assistant Superintendent in Denver, Colorado

Job Title: Assistant Superintendent

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent with strong experience in Tenant Improvements (TI), small commercial projects, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Candidates must be technically savvy, capable of operating computers efficiently, and must pass a drug test and BG check. Experience in Quality Control (QC) is also highly desirable.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-4 years' of experience in the construction industry as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Project Engineer

  • B.S. in Construction Management or related field preferred

  • Experience working on commercial projects

  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations

  • QC experience is a plus

  • Experience with RFI's, scheduling, submittals, etc.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Denver, Colorado.

Work Environment

The selected candidate will join a team focused on midsized specialty projects, typically valued at 10 million and under. The compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
