LRE Water Administrative Assistant in Denver, Colorado

We are hiring! LRE Water is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the overall productivity of the Denver office. Responsibilities Coordinates the logistics of the office, including shipping, mail, guest reception, meeting facilitation and hospitality, on and off site company sponsored events, office and kitchen supply inventory and orders, and general office cleanliness. Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. Build and maintain support relationships with on- and off-site leadership; schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing company software. Answer all incoming company calls. Provide on- and offsite coordination for company and client meetings. Host virtual company meetings, records presentations, uploads to intranet, and provides company notification. Run office errands as needed. Complete clerical and filing functions as needed. Write and distribute professional emails and other correspondence. Provide backup support to the Human Resources and Accounting teams, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative assistant or office management role. Must possess strong computer skills with respect to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), calendar management and internet research skills. Strong computer skills with respect to Gsuite Gmail, Docs, and Sheets a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to optimally and expertly express thoughts verbally; ability to listen to others and share information; ability to understand replies and directions from others. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in accuracy and prioritizing to complete multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Total Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $20 - $27/hour depending upon years of experience and education. Pay is negotiable for a higher level of experience. LRE Water reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range depending on experience. LRE Water also distributes bonuses and 401(k) contributions based on annual company profitability. Employer paid benefits increase total compensation by approximately 20%. Additionally, LRE Water supports training and professional development activities for all staff and offers discretionary bonus opportunities as recognition for performance, earning a professional credential, speaking engagements or publication. Flexible/Hybrid Work Options: LRE Water offers a hybrid work environment that promotes flexibility and encourages work/life balance for our employees. This role will be based out of our Denver, Colorado office, with the option to work from home one day per week.

Travel Requirements Although rare, some travel opportunities may be available to visit satellite offices across the United States.
