In the role of SHM Business Referent you'll play a pivotal part in implementing new manufacturing systems, detecting and eliminating operational risks, without any impact to end customer. This position contributes to our vision by:

Identify delta between “as-is” and “to-be” process and mandatory upgrade in the “to-be” solution. Implement “to-be” process and provide local information required to implementation team. Define settings and undertake data conversion for new system/solution. Prepare and execute User Acceptance Tests. Train end users in connection with new processes and new solutions. Conduct local organization and processes changes. Execute assigned actions required for the deployment. Support end users at go live. Focalize skills on one or several PDM (Production Data Management) system modules including wire prep, component catalogue, data loading, build process/launcher, electrical test, work instructions and quality.

Job Requirements

At Safran Electrical & Power, we seek service-oriented team players with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, adaptable to our innovative and evolving environment.

The position requires bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related technical field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in testing and acceptance of software in the aerospace industry in compliance with AS9100 standards using ALM software. All stated experience must include: data loading and transformation using Power BI or Power Query tools; and CATIA, Autocad, Solidworks, Windows Office, SAP, VBA programming, Power BI, Minitab, Access database (SQL), Win Total, Bartender, Oxygen, Notepad++, and Tag Net. One (1) year of stated experience must include User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodology and activities in connection with new systems deployment across multiple business units. Stated experience must include the use of advance MS Excel features including macros, VBA, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, data loading and data transformation using Power Query; experience producing metrics and data visualization using software tools such as Power BI or Tableau; and experience describing the basics of a production data management (PDM) system. Must have Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
