Job Description

Our team is seeking an intern to set-up and optimize our design phase process, including plans. With this internship, you'll gain hands-on experience in the coordination of design processes within construction and engineering projects. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to real-world projects while learning from industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design phase plans under the guidance of senior team members, documenting key milestones and deliverables.

• Support the design phase process by liaising with various stakeholders, collecting and organizing project data, and contributing to progress tracking.

• Act as a liaison between design and execution teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on design specifications.

• Provide administrative support for design activities, including file management, document review, and meeting coordination.

• Assist in identifying and addressing Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E) considerations during the design phase.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, safety, health and environment, or related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into the design phase of construction projects and develop practical skills in project coordination and SH&E considerations.
