ManpowerGroup Supervisor in Deming, New Mexico

Our client, In Deming NM is seeking a Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the Managment Team supporting production. The ideal candidate will have Leadership, communication skills and maintenance skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supervisor Operations

Location: Deming NM

Pay Range:$31 to $40

What’s the Job?

  • Ensure that all product is produced conforms to product specifications.

  • Assure proper and efficient use of staff and equipment to meet production needs on assigned shift while maintaning cost and overtime to a minimum.

  • Troubleshoots any equipment issues encountered, determines the cause of the problem and resolves these opeartional issues.

  • Effectively ensures equipment and facilites are fully operational and performs nessesary maintenance to limit operations downtime

What’s Needed?

  • Possesses a strong Mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as bearing or conveyor belt

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both production staff and managment

  • Proficient with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems.

  • Can do attitude
