The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Water Truck Driver to work at our Fulton Mill Services location in Delta, OH. The Water Truck Driver operates a water truck for dust suppression purposes in accordance with customer requirements and environmental regulations. Pay: $20-$23/hr based on experience Shift: Monday - Friday, Days 6 am-4 pm, weekend availability, on-call for snow removal Benefits Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs Student Loan Repayment Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities The Water Truck Driver will: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections along with routine greasing, oiling, and fueling Idle vehicle engine before driving and when stopping Load and transport water to suppress dust on local and plant roads Ensure truck is properly loaded using hoses Spray water in designated areas Monitor changes in truck performance and reports potential malfunctions to maintenance Use a two-way radio to communicate with mill personnel and other site personnel Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle Maintain records Meet customer service requirements Comply with all safety regulations and policies Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Skills The ideal candidate will have: High School diploma or equivalent Ability to operate a water truck Ability to lift to 50lbs Basic Mechanical aptitude. Ability to communicate via radio and ability to read and write Ability to sit, stand, walk and work outside for extended periods of time and lift 50 pounds Ability work at elevated heights and have good eye-hand coordination To Apply Please submit a resume.
