Designation : Product Support Executive

Qualification : Graduate/ Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/ Electrical)

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized technical product support Executive to provide the necessary support (Technical) to the field sales team. Having the ability to contribute to a better working environment for yourself and your co-workers. This includes self-awareness, initiative, accountability, persistence, resilience, patience, and emotional regulation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team by managing filing important documents and communicating relevant information with the clients.

  • Handle the processing of all project orders with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Seeking approval of technical documents from clients.

  • Analyze data sheets of instruments like Electrical Motors, valves etc .

  • Responsible for post-order correspondence with customers ensuring all aspects of a project are effectively communicated and documented.

  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

  • Internal cordination with PPC, Purchase & Quality to get the needful during docs submission & approval process.

  • Identify technical shortcomings in purchase order if any and propose corrections.

Key Competencies :

  • Proven experience as a technical sales coordinator.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

  • Proactive & self Initiator

  • A team member with high level of dedication.
