Your key responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains specific global and regional pipelines that have strong business impact and continuity.

  • Actively nurtures candidates and proposes actions to keep talents engaged with our employer brand.

  • Develops and executes innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and diverse talent that supports active niche hiring.

  • Develops and executes innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive diverse talent that supports active hiring.

  • Collaborates with recruitment marketeers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to develop marketing activities to target right candidates for pipelines, brings strategic view on engagement of candidates and constant review and adoption of marketing activities.

  • Owns or is a member of projects which focus on improving sourcing activities via tools and systems and improving sourcing capabilities in the wider Talent community

    We bring

  • Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 67.000 to € 95.000 per year (based on fulltime, including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits (25 holiday days, bonus, etc).

  • Becoming part of the HR Netherlands team, reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead for Netherlands and Central Europe, Middle East & Africa

  • Member of the TA community across dsm-firmenich, which supports you with sharing knowledge and best practices.

  • Hybrid (50% from the office and 50% from home) work environment.

    You bring

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a similar end-to-end recruitment role

  • Proven experience in creating innovative sourcing plans and analyzing and creating market intelligence.

  • Fluent in English, any other language skills are a plus

  • Critical competences/skills we are looking for: data driven, curious, persistent, effective communication, efficiency focused & consistent delivery

  • Acting on Master degree level
