You will continually interact with the same customers multiple times per week. Relationship building is key. We have built a great culture with our customers, many stop by just to visit and say hi throughout the week. • Setting appointments for vehicle service • Making estimates for vehicle service (we will train) • Basic knowledge of automotive and truck systems. (we will train) • Working with parts department to attain correct parts • Client interaction at pickup and drop off • Tracking revenue and key performance indicators (we will train) Career path: If you're looking to grow in experience and responsibility this is the right job for you.
