JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate equipment to produce components based on blueprints or work instructions.

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, or packing operations.

• Record daily output.

• Follow all EHS and Quality policies, including wearing required PPE.

• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and efficiency.

• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.

• 1 year of manufacturing experience.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Basic math skills.

• Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks (standing, sitting, stooping, bending, walking, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling) for long periods.

• Ability to read and write statements.

• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
