Howmet Aerospace HR Sr. Supervisor in Del Rio, Texas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily management & accountability of Human Resources Mexico department.

  • Responsible for HR dashboard, Hoshin metrics, system compliance, & departmental communication.

  • Employee engagement/recognition programs, engagement survey, & foundation community programs.

  • Responsible for HR/Training policies and procedures update, as well as for attending audits in Mexico.

  • Compliance owner of STPS, INM, IMSS, and internal SOX-ASAT, Performance Management processes.

  • Monitoring of training and development programs.

  • Supervising Time & attendance & recruitment functions.

  • Keep a high engagement environment in HR department. Job Roles:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related fields from an accredited institution.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years Supervision or 3 years of Managerial experience.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

  • Human Resources or related certifications.

  • Ability to work & lead effectively a positive teamwork environment.

  • Strong analytical & executional abilities.

  • Strong knowledge of Mexico Labor federal law (LFT), IMSS, STPS, NOM’s etc.

  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment, and have excellent organizational skills.
