Production Associate | Dekalb, IL

1st and 2nd Shift

$18.31+ per hour

Actively looking to hire general labor and production workers that can start immediately at a manufacturing company in Dekalb, IL. This is a long term opportunity at a leading manufacturing company. This position allows for overtime and potential advancement in as short as 4 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining production by keeping material moving down the line.

• Loading and off loading steel material to prepare for coatings line and further processing.

• Perform quality inspection throughout the production process.

• Stack product and palatize after final inspection.

Qualification:

• Ability to consistently lift 20 pounds.

• Ability to stand the entirety of the shift.

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience (preferred but not required)

Work Environment:

• Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled facility.

• Training on 1st Shift for up to 90 days.

• PPE Requirements: Steel Toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs.
