Provides support services to the Driving Recruiting Team. In addition to providing support, will learn how to make Driver Recruiting calls to back up Recruiters during time off and leaves of absences.

Tasks Include

• Calls or requests via the internet information from past employers of Driver applicants to obtain work history.
• Submits verification requests and releases forms to Driver Applicants' past employers.
• Communicates with Driver Recruiters on the Process of the Applicants
• Escalates any problems with verifications
• Researches phone numbers of previous employers if not on the application
• Verify that all information is filled out properly on verifications received daily
• Upload Driver Verification information to Tenstreet
• Check daily on the progress of missing verifications
• Contact Drivers to ensure they update their information in the Tenstreet Application
• Ensures the background searches on the other parts of the Driver Qualification File are completed
• Motor Vehicle Records -- ensures each driver has a completed motor vehicle record
• Clearinghouse -- ensures the clearinghouse records have been requested
• Criminal Background Search -- ensures the criminal background search has been completed on each Driver
• Pre-employment Screening Process (PSP) Completion
• Driver Risk Evaluation Score -- ensures the full Driver Risk Evaluation Score Checklist has been completed and that the Driver Risk Evaluation Score is 5 or below
• Upload Safety Checklist is uploaded into Tenstreet
• Learns how to make Driver Recruiting Calls, serves as backup to the Full Time Driver Recruiter
