Residential Property Manager (HUD / Tax Credit)

Seeking a full-time property manager for an affordable multi-family property located in Defiance, Ohio. The candidate must have property manager experience. Must have great customer service and communication skills, working knowledge of computers; must develop a strong knowledge of YARDI Voyager software. Direct supervision of the maintenance staff, management of vendors, site billing and processing invoices. Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees. Responsible for the leasing of the property, and following all affordable housing and tax credit guidelines. Responsible for annual / interim certifications. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
