Job Description

As a Microsoft D365 Business Analyst, you will support the Accounting & Supply Chain business teams with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, alongside their ongoing implementation for Dynamics F&O over the next several years, as part of a business unit technology modernization program. D365 will serve as the core operational accounting system and will be the foundation for other modern Supply Chain platforms, including Blue Yonder Supply Chain Forecasting and Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management. The Business Analyst should be a self-driven individual with excellent communication, organization, and functional skills to support the Accounting & Supply Chain workstreams. The candidate is expected to have vast experience in general accounting & supply chain practices so that they can effectively understand, document, and communicate requirements, as well as serve as a subject matter expert as needed to back up the primary business leads. This role is slated to be 70% heavy on documentation, user story, test case, test case changes, specific to CRM migrations and 30% heavy on ad hoc support work and talking through updates/pain points with the business and IT stakeholders. This role can pay between 55-65/hr depending on relevant experience.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree or MBA in financial accounting or equivalent work experience

7+ years of professional experience in the business analysis discipline

Experience working on ERP Integration projects with Dynamics365 CE

Experience working with CE integrations (DocuSign, Outlook, etc.) and understanding what to do with it

Experience working on Agile Scrum and/or hybrid projects (heavier scrum)

Experienced writing User Stories using Azure DevOps Boards (ADO)

Must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of financial accounting practices/processes. Dynamics365 F&O experience

Experience writing SQL for business analysis of data (not technical purpose) null
