Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a Collections Specialist, you will be operating within the B2B industry, focusing on accounts receivable and collections. The role involves working in a small office environment, requiring successful interaction with other team members.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and following up on existing invoices and past due accounts

• Reconciling invoices and updating data on a daily basis

• Handling B2B collections and ensuring they are carried out efficiently

• Utilizing the SalesPod software for various tasks related to collections (training will be provided)

• Working collaboratively in a small office environment to ensure smooth operations

• Ensuring accurate and timely updates of customer accounts

• Resolving customer inquiries related to their accounts

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

• Utilizing various accounting software systems, Accurint, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and other relevant skills for the role

• Answering inbound calls and performing billing functions as necessary, including claim administration and collection processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Accurint software

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Knowledge of Epic Software

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

• Experience in answering inbound calls in a professional manner

• Ability to perform various billing functions

• Experience in claim administration

• Understanding of collection processes
