Our Client in the construction industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will play a crucial role in the accounting department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and approval.

• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.

• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain vendor files and manage vendor communications.

• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
