Clean Harbors Inventory Coordinator in Deer Park, Texas
We are seeking an organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team! You will coordinate a perpetual inventory record of material, supplies and other general stock items; required to maintain industrial equipment and general operational needs.

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Implements our Inventory Management System and becomes the expert regarding Inventory management.
Assists the Inventory Item Specialist managing inventory data and provides position coverage as required.
Assists local Inventory management teams of up to 50 facilities with their item layout, item counts and day to day tracking through our in-house maintenance management program.
Works with the Maintenance Manager(s) to ensure that critical stock items and maintenance supplies are maintained within acceptable stocking levels.
Publish Policies and Procedures according to the guidelines set forth by management.
Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical Inventories; prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, and other financial data as required.
Implement new mobile technologies for inventory management.
Will use other computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, email and database software and performance of assigned work.
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
Travel may be required up to 20-30% of the time.
What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?
High School or equivalent Required.
Some college in related field would be an asset!
1-3 years' experience in related field.
1+ Inventory controls experience
1+ years of purchase order experience preferred
Must be able to work well in a team
Basic Accounting principles is a plus!
MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMs
Computer Savvy with the ability to use a computerized inventory control system
Great communication skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
Good Organizational skills.
Ability to self lead and take initiative
