We are seeking an organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team! You will coordinate a perpetual inventory record of material, supplies and other general stock items; required to maintain industrial equipment and general operational needs.

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

• Implements our Inventory Management System and becomes the expert regarding Inventory management.

• Assists the Inventory Item Specialist managing inventory data and provides position coverage as required.

• Assists local Inventory management teams of up to 50 facilities with their item layout, item counts and day to day tracking through our in-house maintenance management program.

• Works with the Maintenance Manager(s) to ensure that critical stock items and maintenance supplies are maintained within acceptable stocking levels.

• Publish Policies and Procedures according to the guidelines set forth by management.

• Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical Inventories; prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, and other financial data as required.

• Implement new mobile technologies for inventory management.

• Will use other computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, email and database software and performance of assigned work.

• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

• Travel may be required up to 20-30% of the time.

What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?

• High School or equivalent Required.

• Some college in related field would be an asset!

• 1-3 years' experience in related field.

• 1+ Inventory controls experience

• 1+ years of purchase order experience preferred

• Must be able to work well in a team

• Basic Accounting principles is a plus!

• MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook and TEAMs

• Computer Savvy with the ability to use a computerized inventory control system

• Great communication skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions

• Good Organizational skills.

• Ability to self lead and take initiative
