Job Title: Recruiting Administrative Assistant

Duration: 2 – 3 Month Contract

Location: Deer Park, TX

Details:

An established national organization is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team in Deer Park, Tx!

Focus includes:

• Provide a positive interaction throughout selection process for candidates, hiring supervisor, HR business partners and Recruiters

• Scheduling on-site and/ or remote interviews, preparing and sending offer letters & processing new hire transactions

• Assist with I-9 verification

• Provide assistance for our candidates with moving through the application process in our ATS

  Targeting candidates with:

• High School Diploma

• At least 2-3 year of experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook

  Offering $20/hr depending on experience.
