Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst role based in Deer Park, Texas. The position involves gathering and analyzing data for potential business expansion, identifying specific business opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and assisting with project management. The industry focus is on telecom provider services, with the workplace located in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing data to identify potential business expansion opportunities

• Identifying and capitalizing on specific business opportunities

• Influencing stakeholders to support business projects and initiatives

• Assisting with project management duties for selected projects

• Coordinating with different departmental teams to improve productivity and efficiency

• Testing business processes and recommending improvements based on findings

• Breaking down roadmap features into smaller, manageable user stories

• Writing clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation

• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement

• Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to aid in understanding business performance

• Analyzing process issues and bottlenecks, and making improvements based on findings

• Communicating and validating requirements with relevant stakeholders

• Developing and maintaining reporting tools for efficient data handling

• Performing data discovery, analysis, and modeling tasks

• Collaborating with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required for this role

• Demonstrable skills in Database management are necessary

• Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems is crucial

• Must possess the ability to conduct Gap Analysis effectively

• Proficiency in Informatica is expected

• Must have experience in AB Testing

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies is required

• Understanding of Business Process Functions is necessary

• Must be able to draft a Business Requirement Document with proficiency
