What the Ideal Candidate will do:

Supports the Accounting department with processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, daily cash activities, and sales tax returns by performing the following duties:

• Audits and processes expense reports.
• Prepares daily bank reporting, cash transfers for payroll, vendor payments, and inter-company payments.
• Responsible for various state sales tax returns.
• Assists with state registrations and annual reports.
• Prepares monthly commission accrual and statements.
• Assists with monthly accounting close and year-end audit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be a US Person.
• HS diploma plus 3-5 years relevant experience; applicants must understand the basic principles of accountingor equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Accounts payable & general accounting experience required.
• Experience with journal entries.
• Must have strong proficiency with using Excel and Word.
• Experience using an ERP/MRP system ispreferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Must be available thefirst and last 3 business days of each monthfor month-end close.
