Girls Inc. of Long Island is seeking to hire three (3) part-time Program Facilitators to work up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Prepare for and facilitate programming to girls in groups of 15-25 and between the ages of 10-18 (grades 5-12) in-person, and virtually as needed. Using Girls Inc. - provided curricula, create program activity plans that are interactive, hands-on, engaging, and exposes girls to a wide variety of experiences. Qualification: Experience working with youth and teens in a group setting. Ability to inspire, stimulate and support self-empowerment among girls, reliable transportation with valid driver's license. Technologically proficient and creative, punctual and communicative. Bilingual/Spanish speaking encouraged to apply. Location: Various sites throughout Suffolk County and/or Nassau County. Compensation: $18.00/hour.
