A Manufacturing Company in Deer Park, NY is hiring a Part Time Office Assistant to join their team to start ASAP! We are seeking someone with prior office administration experience looking for a part time position to further their career with a growing company. This requires a candidate with basic computer skills and that is able to multitask doing various different tasks around the office. salary: $19 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 1 PM

Responsibilities

  • Filing:

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.

  • Ensure documents are stored in an orderly manner.

  • Labeling Folders:

  • Create and labels to folders for easy identification.

  • Keep the filing system up-to-date and efficient.

  • Printing Orders and Invoices for the Folders:

  • Print orders and invoices as needed.

  • Ensure all documents are correctly filed.

  • Minimal Data Entry (Excel, Word):

  • Enter basic data into Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.

  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all entries.

  • Managing Emails:

  • Monitor and manage the company's email inbox.

  • Respond to emails and forward them to appropriate departments as necessary.

  • Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
