Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Supervisor - BCBA Supervisor
Great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst Supervisor! In this vital role, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst Supervisor p rovides behavioral assessment and clinical intervention for individuals of the program .
The BCBA Supervisor will also:
develop behavioral programming and plans tailored to the individual ’s behavioral needs , including periodic reviews of treatment plan
provide direct clinical supervision of Riverside's Residential BCBA’s
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm; Hybrid; Travel to programs In Massachusetts required

Pay Rate: $92,651.73/year

Required Skills
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
Master ’ s Degree in Social Work , Education, Psychology or Counseling
At least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Prior experience with clinical supervision
Current certification or certification eligible by The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc.
Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
