Riverside Community Care Quality Management Investigation Specialist - Part Time in Dedham, Massachusetts
We have an exciting opportunity for an Investigation Specialist on the Quality Management team within our Quality Management Department to join our long-standing, growing and highly regarded organization!
In this vital role, the Quality Management Investigation Specialist assists the Quality Management team with a variety of ongoing projects including:
Independently running investigations based on Human Rights allegations and other complaints from the field
Ensuring that quality management systems are implemented in compliance with policies, regulations, accreditation and industry standards
Assisting in investigations, data capture, monitoring, and trend analysis of incidents
Helping with existing quality management projects
Schedule: 20 hours per week; Flexible hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote work

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work independently required
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Required Experience
At least 3 years experience in health care and/or human services industries required
