Production Helper
Job Description
We are seeking entry-level Laborers to reclaim product and reduce warehouse inventory for a special short-term project. This project is separate from our usual Laborer positions and will last approximately 90 days. There is a chance for conversion to permanent employment based on performance and the needs of the plant later this summer, although this is less likely compared to other positions.
Responsibilities
Reclaiming product by dumping bottles of oil and melting crystallized oil.
Organizing product to be reclaimed.
Standing or walking for 8-hour shifts.
Tolerating being in and out of a hot environment for an entire shift during the melting process.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.
Ability to tolerate hot environments for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must not be a former employee or someone previously brought in for forklift positions.
Must be cleared by ADM security.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
