Production Helper

Job Description

We are seeking entry-level Laborers to reclaim product and reduce warehouse inventory for a special short-term project. This project is separate from our usual Laborer positions and will last approximately 90 days. There is a chance for conversion to permanent employment based on performance and the needs of the plant later this summer, although this is less likely compared to other positions.

Responsibilities

• Reclaiming product by dumping bottles of oil and melting crystallized oil.

• Organizing product to be reclaimed.

• Standing or walking for 8-hour shifts.

• Tolerating being in and out of a hot environment for an entire shift during the melting process.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts.

• Ability to tolerate hot environments for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must not be a former employee or someone previously brought in for forklift positions.

• Must be cleared by ADM security.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
