  • Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing guidance, support, and feedback throughout their rotations.

  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training sessions for participants.

  • Develop and deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and networking events to support participant development and program objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • Track and assess participant progress, performance, and development, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Conduct evaluations and feedback sessions with participants and their supervisors to ensure program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.

  • Analyze program metrics and outcomes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.

  • Collaborate with department leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution.

  • Act as a liaison between participants and management, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

GBS Communications Support:

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep GBS employees informed about internal initiatives, updates, and key developments.

  • Support and distribute regular internal newsletters, updates, and announcements to ensure that all GBS team members are engaged and up-to-date.

  • Facilitate internal communications channels, such as intranet sites, team meetings, and internal social platforms, to promote transparency and collaboration within GBS.

  • Act as a point of contact for internal communication needs, addressing questions and providing support to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the GBS function.

Capability Development in GBS:

  • Work with GBS leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs across the GBS function.

  • Design and implement capability development programs, including workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and adjust strategies as needed to address evolving business needs.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage key GBS programs and events that support the development and engagement of GBS employees.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of events, including logistics, content creation, and participant engagement.

  • Oversee the organization of GBS-related events such as mentorship programs, leadership forums, and networking opportunities.

Onboarding and Offboarding Processes:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for all new GBS employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization with comprehensive orientation and support.

  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials and resources to facilitate a welcoming experience for new hires.

  • Support the offboarding process for departing GBS employees, knowledge transfer, and transition support to ensure a respectful and organized exit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a rotational or development program management role.

  • 2-4 years of experience managing capability development initiatives and programs.

  • Proven experience in finance, project management, or talent development, with a track record of managing complex programs or initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of finance concepts, practices, and industry trends.

  • Expertise in event management, including planning, coordinating, and executing key programs and events.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and mentor individuals.
