Emerson Cloud Platform Engineer in DEBRECEN, Hungary

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Design, develop, and maintain world-class cloud infrastructure using technologies like AWS, Azure, Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.

  • Implement and manage cloud services on AWS and Azure, ensuring flawless operation and high availability.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash to streamline processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine cloud platform requirements and successfully implement solutions.

  • Research and implement new platform capabilities.

  • Monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring exceptionally reliable and scalable systems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proven experience with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, and AWS or Azure services.

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.

  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.

  • System-level understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with Terragrunt, Ansible, and developing Terraform providers using Go.

  • Experience with managed database services like MongoDB, Kafka, Snowflake
