The Refurbish Associate is responsible for the inspection, cleaning, repair, and refurbishment of returned or used products to ensure they meet company quality standards. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to restore products to a saleable condition. The Refurbish Associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Dis-assemble components without causing further damage
• Thoroughly clean all components
• Perform dimensional inspections on all required components to ensure conformance with specifications
• Identify replacement components and parts required to complete repair
• Reassemble product as specified by manufacturer
• Perform pressure/cycling testing on all repaired products to ensure conformance with specifications

Qualifications:

-Mechanically Inclined - Familiar with both micrometers and caliper measuring tools - Able to read repair manuals and data sheets - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Ability to diagnose problems and utilize test equipment
