Ford Motor Company Program Management Analyst in Dearborn, Michigan
What you’ll do...
Interact with all vehicle systems from the component level to fully integrated in vehicle
Manage pre-production vehicle builds from end to end
Determine fit-for-test criteria, and develop and coordinate test scheduling / allocation for prototype
Organize new program launch activities & track key program metrics
Manage program dashboard – make live reporting of status & issues possible through collaboration with team leaders and automating program management tools
Identify major program issues and help needed, and take action to resolve them
Manage and maintain program sharing sites & program communications
Organize product reviews
Resolve cross-functional cost, quality and timing conflicts and drive consensus
You'll have...
B.S. in an engineering field
Experience with delivering commodities (one or two) at an OEM, from cradle to grave (on the same commodity/program is preferred; however scattered delivery is okay too).
Experience with system level or vehicle level development and integration (program management, planning/strategy/architecture, TPM/systems engineering capacity)
Experience with program delivery - geometric development and convergence, and engineering sign off
Even better, you may have...
Passion for/deeply familiar with electric vehicles engineering
Experience with prototype vehicle assembly including prototype part logistics and vehicle SW bringup
Familiar with security protocols and requirements of the automotive industry, and the concepts of Proprietary, Confidential and Secret data
Experience with Atlassian suite of collaboration tools including Confluence & Jira
Bonus points for a car-related or other technology/mobility related / hands-on hobby
Knowledge of Ford's specific product development systems is preferred
