About You: We're looking for a seasoned Data Scientist with experience in core data science and optimization methods. You're a humble and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're passionate about developing and delivering data analytics and machine learning models that drive business impact.

What you’ll be able to do :

  • Acquire a deep understanding of the business problems and translate them into appropriate business solutions

  • Act as a full-stack data scientist to develop and deliver advanced analytics models, including classification, time series, LLM, and more

  • Collaborate internally and externally to identify new and novel data sources and explore their potential use in developing actionable business results

  • Work independently with minimal guidance, taking ownership of projects and delivering results

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, showing the highest respect for team members and their contributions

  • Demonstrate curiosity about data, seeking to understand its underlying patterns and relationships

  • Ensure high-quality data and solutions throughout the development process

  • Communicate analytical results effectively to various audiences

You'll Have…

• Master’s degree in computer or data science, engineering, statistics, operations research, or other quantitative area

• 2 + Experience using SQL to extract, clean, and transform data in large, complex, nested databases

• 2 + Experience using programming languages such as Python in a cloud platform, preferably GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

• 1+ Linear Programming and/or Optimization techniques in Operations Research; preferably CPLEX or Google Operations Research Tools

• 3+ Experience doing research, analysis, data science, or solution development

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong intellectual curiosity

Even Better, You'll Have…

• Familiarity with data visualization tools is highly preferred

Experience in statistical analysis and modeling

• Ability to extract actionable insights from data

•Advanced degree in a related field

• Experience in the automotive industry

• Experience in at least one area of supply chain operations, such as constraints, risk management, sales and production planning, material planning, or logistics

• Experience developing and delivering projects in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
