Aerotek Installation Coordinator in De Soto, Kansas

Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Job Description

  • Responsible for installing company equipment at customer’s facilities. Coordinate installation work between the Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and the customer. Oversee assignments such as safety leader, material planner, mechanical/electrical worker and/or supervisor, overall installation coordinator, team leader, and QAQC leader.

Hard Skills

  • Mechanical/electrical skills

  • Ability to use unique tools applicable to maintenance and tools installation

  • Familiarity with stacker cranes, conveyors, and/or AGVs

  • Familiarity with automated equipment

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs

  • Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and identify parts through drawings

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in De Soto, Kansas.

Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently works near live equipment with moving parts requiring situational awareness at all times. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
