Job Purpose: The Working Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the mechanic team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. In addition to supervising the daily activities of the mechanic team, the Working Foreman engages directly with customers to discuss vehicle issues, performs preliminary test drives to accurately diagnose repairs, and assigns tasks to technicians based on their expertise and experience.
