Job Purpose: The Working Foreman plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the mechanic team, ensuring efficient and effective operations. In addition to supervising the daily activities of the mechanic team, the Working Foreman engages directly with customers to discuss vehicle issues, performs preliminary test drives to accurately diagnose repairs, and assigns tasks to technicians based on their expertise and experience. Compensation: \$30.00-\$42.00/hour, based on experience, education, certifications, skillset, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Ensure Reliability: Discuss vehicle problems with customers and diagnose repairs through preliminary test drives, demonstrating our commitment to solving their issues promptly and accurately. Supervise Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair work, ensuring that it\'s done efficiently and correctly, thereby honoring our promise of quality service. Create Positive Experiences: Customer Relations: Maintain good customer relations, ensuring that each interaction is positive and reflects our company\'s values of respect and professionalism. Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety policies in the shop area, creating a secure environment for both employees and customers.
