Kelly Services is partnered with a producer of high-performance industrial sorbents and spill control products in the De Pere, WI area in search of Production Crew Members on both 1st and 3rd shift! These positions are full-time and temp-to-hire!

Pay: $16/hr + based on level of experience

*$2.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Shifts Available:

1st -- 6am-6pm, 2-2-3 straight schedule

3rd -- 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 straight schedule

Job Overview : This individual will be responsible for helping production workers perform duties; supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment, performing machine specific tasks and ensuring the machine is running at its optimum level.

General Responsibilities :

• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs as needed. (Example: clean machinery components, clean ceiling, clean collector and the line area.)

• Ensure all safety and regulations are followed.

• Check with line operator to see what product that will be ran for the shift.

• Ensure correct count, and weight of each product while bagging material.

• Ensure product are palletized properly and wrapped to customer specifications.

• Help operator with operation when required.

• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.

• Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Ability to wear eye and hearing protection.

• Ability to listen to verbal instructions.

• Ability to use hand controls.

• Ability to read and understand machine components.

• Have the physical ability to perform manual labor, which may include:

• Climbing

• Bending

• Twist

• Repetitive motions

• Standing for long periods

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Equipment Utilized:

• Manual pallet jacks.

• Stretch wrap machine.

• Utility knife.

• Air hose.

• Air gun.

Education and Experience :

• High School diploma or GED required

• Manufacturing experience

• In the past 3 years, must have 1 year of employment at one company

• Steel toes

• Must have proven experience working well within a team as well as independently
