What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for Experienced Automotive Sales Professionals who are eager to Earn Customers for Life. Our company is built around high performing people that have the drive and desire to be number one. We are highly selective and are looking for High Performing Champions!

  • Prior Automotive Sales experience REQUIRED

  • CDK/ADP experience is a PLUS

  • The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,560.00 - $121,200.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer ApprovabilityActual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
