Description We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This role involves the installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems and associated hardware. As part of this position, you will be tasked with managing systems infrastructures, implementing best practices, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain both physical and virtual systems.

• Implement best practices to identify and recommend system functional specifications.

• Manage the backup and recovery of IT infrastructure.

• Update and support systems by tuning performance and allocating storage space.

• Implement critical patches and review systems performance logs to identify anomalies.

• Troubleshoot issues that arise within the system.

• Communicate with internal team members across multiple areas.

• Influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process, and approaches.

• Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.

• Provide customer service, documentation, and reporting as needed.

• Train team members on new systems and protocols.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Use Python for scripting and automation tasks.

• Utilize Active Directory for network management and optimization.

• Support workstation and provide leadership skills as necessary.

• Manage relationships with vendors and onboard new team members. Requirements • Proven experience in Systems Administration or a related field

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network architecture, and hardware

• Proficiency in programming language Python

• Experience with Active Directory and automation tools

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a technical team

• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to create clear and concise documentation and reports

• Experience in training staff on new technologies and systems

• Proficiency in planning and implementing IT projects

• Knowledge of IT compliance regulations and security practices

• Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently

• Understanding of HR administration processes and onboarding procedures

• Familiarity with Check Processing and About Time software

• Experience in workstation support and networking

• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices

• Ability to optimize system performance and ensure efficient operations
