Job Description and Expectations

• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines (3-4machines/day) to ensure accurate code dates, productweights, and packaging quality
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on packagingmachines; inspect conveyors/scales prior toline start-ups and changeovers
• Troubleshoot commonplace problems and make operationaladjustments on equipment
• Targeting a tech-savvy, strong communicator with problem-solvingabilities and acts with integrity
• Training 12 13 Weeks with Site Expert Trainers

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of machine operator experience ina high speed manufacturing environment;mechanically inclined and able to multitask
• Able to liftup to 50 pounds from the floor to waistand stand/walk for extended periods
• Willing to work in extreme temperatures

Type:Full Time Hourly (8 12HR) Pay Rate: $30.19/HR +$1 Shift Differential

Schedules Available 3 Day/WK 2nd (12P 12A) and 3rd (12A 12P) 5 Day/WK 2nd (4P 12A) and 3rd (12P 8A) *No Forced OT Unscheduled Days

$2,500 Retention Bonus Included: $1,000 @ 6 Months and $1,500 @ 1 Year
